Trip to Leicestershire, United Kingdom

Leicestershire

Leicestershire is a landlocked county in the English Midlands. It takes its name from the City of Leicester, traditionally its administrative centre, although the City of Leicester unitary authority is today administered separately from the rest of Leicestershire. The county has a population of just under 1 million with over half the population living in Leicester's built-up area. The county is also considered to be the birthplace of fox hunting as it is known today.
